The Pure Water Reach & Wash system represents the gold standard in professional window cleaning. Water is purified using reverse osmosis and de-ionisation to remove all dissolved minerals and contaminants.

Not at all. Most customers aren't at home during cleans. Ken will send you a reminder the day before, let himself in to the front garden if needed (with your permission), clean the accessible windows, and send you a message when done. Payment is easy via bank transfer.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most homes, every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. This keeps windows clean without the dirt building up to the point where it needs more intensive cleaning. Ken offers fortnightly, monthly and ad-hoc cleans — whatever suits you.
What is the Pure Water Reach & Wash system?
Pure water is water that has had all its minerals and impurities removed using reverse osmosis. Because it's pure, it attracts and bonds with dirt on the glass — when rinsed, it carries the dirt away and leaves no residue. No marks. No streaks. Just crystal clear glass.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ken carries full public liability insurance. You're covered for any accidental damage during a clean. Certificates available on request.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
